We have built an engaging web platform designed to educate, inspire, and support coaches, parents, referees, and volunteers in their mission to shape young athletes. Gatorade Coach Hub goes far beyond static learning materials, offering a curated library of expert-led video content that transforms the way communities approach training, mentorship, and sporting experiences.

The platform is structured around four key topics—Belonging & Inclusion, Setting Values & Behaviours, Creating Positive Experiences, and Amplifying Young Player Voices—providing holistic guidance for fostering not just better players, but stronger, more confident individuals.

In addition, the content is thoughtfully aligned with the four phases of the sporting season—First Session Wins, Building Rituals Into Every Session, Mid-Season Momentum, and Ending on a High Note. This seasonal approach ensures that every user receives relevant, actionable insights at the right time.

A standout feature is the ability to save videos for later viewing and track progress across sessions. This functionality ensures that users can learn at their own pace, revisit key lessons, and build consistent habits throughout the season.

Beyond training, Gatorade Coach Hub subtly integrates the latest research and insights into sports nutrition, highlighting the role of Gatorade’s isotonic beverages in boosting performance and supporting athlete wellbeing. By weaving these findings naturally into the learning experience, the platform offers added value without disrupting its educational mission.

The Challenge

Despite the vast library of training videos and resources that needed to be integrated, the platform had to remain fast, intuitive, and user-friendly. Our task was to engineer a solution that could handle highly dynamic, easily configurable content for different user roles—while ensuring flawless performance and smooth navigation.On top of that, the entire solution had to be designed and delivered in an exceptionally short timeframe, pushing us to balance speed of execution with uncompromised quality and user experience.
